Mr. Michael Radel

Mike Radel is the President/Chief Executive Officer of EquipSolutions, LLC. EquipSolutions is an environmental equipment company that focuses primarily on industrial processes and wastewater as well as the continuous emission monitoring market. 

Over the years, Mike has served on many boards. He is an active member of the St. Francis High School Fathers’ Club and served as President for two years from 2018 to 2020. Mike was elected as a Board Director in 2020 and currently serves on the Executive and Buildings and Grounds Committees. Mike and his wife, Diane, have four children, all of whom graduated from St. Francis High School.
